1.A hacksaw is a fine-toothed saw, originally and mainly made for cutting metal, plastic or &#13;
wood. For industries to realize the production, it is necessary to cut metal, plastic bars with high &#13;
rate. So, it’s not possible to depend on typical single frame power saw machines and wish the &#13;
advance in technology and style of such machines. &#13;
2.To automate the conventional power hacksaw machine in order to achieve high productivity &#13;
of workpieces, we have proposed a power hacksaw machine that uses pneumatic power. The &#13;
high-speed saw machine contains a bonus of high operation, the saw utilized in this can be used &#13;
for specified needs and can be used to cut consistent with the necessity. &#13;
3.The pneumatic operated double hacksaw is the plastic cutting machine tool designed to cut &#13;
plastic by applying pneumatic pressure. Hacksaws are used to cut thin and soft metals, plastic. &#13;
This pneumatic double hacksaw machine consists of rods for guiding hacksaw, Crank, stand &#13;
base frame. The guide plate pushes the second link. Pneumatic cylinder and other linkage are &#13;
arranged so that it will actuate two hacksaw blades. Pneumatic operated double hacksaw &#13;
machines can be used for cutting the wood, metal, pipe, angle, channel, flat plates, rods, and &#13;
such other things.

A chiller is a device which cool a fluid by removing heat from it, either through a vapour – compression &#13;
cycle; with the key components being the compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion device... &#13;
This paper emphasizes on studying the design procedure followed in the industries and performance &#13;
evaluation of two different configurations of 1 ton based chilling plant.&#13;
The two such configurations studied are rotary compressor and round type evaporator chamber with R-606A &#13;
refrigerant. &#13;
The results on basis of this experiment shows that the configuration rotary compressor and round type&#13;
evaporator chamber can give better results

Chemical contact with eye can cause severe ocular damage leading to blindness. Treatment of on ocular burn can be sever and difficult to manage. New designs of eye wash stations have been developed in which the direction of water flow from the fountain has been reversed, with two water streams originating in both eyes and flowing toward the temporal side of each eye.The purpose of this thesis is to provide guidance to users on the need for proper emergency eyewash equipment to mitigate injury from chemical splash and ocular incidents. Eye wash minimum flow rate 1.5 L/min.Typical eyewash stations will provide equal amounts of fluid to both eyes at a rate adequate enough to rinse the eyes for 15 minutes.This project flow rate 5L/min. This flow is perfect for the eye.The unit has to be installed between 33 inch and 45 inch above the wall. which can detect a human face and 6 inches away from the wall. Flushing water must be able to maintain its flush for a minimum of 15minutes.With this project  automatic emergency eye wash can be done.we have used here  ultrasonic sensor. When human face in come front of sensor the motor  automatically turn on and water spray in eye. This system is very easy &amp; workable.The mechanical structure of emergency eye wash is designed in such way that user can use it very easily.&#13;
Main characteristics of this machine are protable and ultrasonic sensor baised whose sensitivity and accuracy is very high

A cooling tower is a heat rejection device that rejects waste heat to the atmosphere &#13;
through the cooling of a water stream to a lower temperature. Cooling towers are used &#13;
in all heat producing industries. Cooled water is needed for air conditioners, &#13;
manufacturing processes, power generation and many other heat transfer related &#13;
operations. The purpose of this thesis is to design a counter flow induced draft wet &#13;
cooling tower with a view to analyze the performance of the cooling tower. There are &#13;
two shapes of cooling tower rectangular and circular cooling tower. In our thesis we &#13;
are going to design rectangular cooling tower named as induced draft counter flow &#13;
cooling tower. Induced draft towers are typically mounted with a fan at the top of the &#13;
cooling tower, which allows hot air out and pulls air throughout. The high exiting air &#13;
velocities reduces the chance of re-circulation. 2D CAD model design is created by &#13;
AutoCAD 2016 . Construction of induced draft cooling tower is made, with necessary &#13;
components such as GP sheet with necessary steel structure for bearing the load of the &#13;
tower . The size of this cooling tower is 4.67ft (1.42m) height and 1.25ft(0.381m) &#13;
wide rectangular shape cooling tower. After finished the project collecting technical &#13;
parameter data and after calculation result shows that the efficiency 55% for the hot &#13;
water mass flow rate of 480kg/hr
