Design and Implementation of E-Diagnostic Information System

Abstract

E-Diagnostic Information System is a system of getting the test information from all hospitals, designed to streamline the health test information. It has been architected to mitigate wrong information about the diagnostics center and test details. Before doing a test a patient needs to search which place will be convenient for him to go and in affordable price. Also it a patient can make booking before going to the hospital to medical test so a patient don’t have to wait for long. This system is the solution of all kind of hassle a patient face test and booking related. To use this system hospital must input their details information and test details and patients need to sign in with their personal details to keep secure the site. This information system is controlled, maintained, and supervised by the admin to verify the patients and hospital. This system is a web-based application consisting of HTML, CSS, PHP, LARAVEL, MySQL, JavaScript, and Bootstrap a cross-platform accessible information system
