Abstract

InteliTalk is a cutting-edge chatbot system revolutionizing digital interactions by providing automated responses to user queries. Powered by Langchain and OpenAI Embedding systems, it continuously learns from interactions to improve accuracy. It has separate interfaces for students and guests, ensuring personalized experiences. Administrators can fine-tune conversation flows through an intuitive admin panel, optimizing performance. The system offers an admin panel that allows administrators to manage and customize the system. Technologically, InteliTalk employs the MERN stack for seamless back-end and frontend development, offering real-time updates and scalability. Git/GitHub aids collaborative development, while Docker ensures consistent deployment. CI/CD pipelines enable rapid iteration. Integration with Microsoft Azure enhances scalability and reliability, ensuring high availability across devices. Overall, InteliTalk enhances university communication, providing efficient service and insights for an enhanced user experience.
