    Abstract
    Traffic Jam is one of the most irritation problems in Bangladesh. Everyone feels it but none seems to think over this unhappy situation as prevails in Bangladesh. Car Parking managers have failed to do anything about this problem and the situation is going from bad to worse day by day. Automatic car parking system has an important role. This project paper puts forward a proposal of an improved „„Design & Construction of a Smart car parking system.” to receive maximum car that has been designed and implemented by using “Light Dependent Resistor (LDR)” sensors, Microcontroller and Servo motors to make the tracking system simple. Important points of this design are using security system and short technical know to parking zone is free or block. High security locking with SMS password. By using SMS service, user can easily get information, about parking system (available or not).The work that has been done by us to park the vehicle. We are slightly worried for the purpose of the security of the vehicles especially. The security system has been developed by using a specially password. The other activities will controlled by a Microcontroller. Over all parking system can be use hose parking, apartment parking zone, office and many other things. Everyone wants to protect their property safely. For this purpose this project plays a vital role
