In this project, simulated and hardware design of IoT based system is presented. This project satisfies the goal of modern science and technology which provides comfort and convenience to the user. The main objective of this project was to increase the production efficiency of industrial grains which can be controlled, monitored in industrial automation and reduce operating costs and save energy, time and money. The industry will benefit from our project and it will be effective for the environment as well as the society. In this project, all the structural design fritzing, proteus and Matlab software were created. The whole process of this project was electronically simulated in Proteus 8.11 Professional and a part of the simulation was also applied to Matlab Simulink. The microcontroller (ESP-32) is considered the main brain of the system. Other necessary components were imported and the process was created using Proteus 8.11 Professional. Proteus spontaneously described everything but could not design correctly for high loads so the Matlab is used to design VFD. Another software, the V1000 programming simulator is used here as a VFD drive. This was quite simple because all the simulation and hardware design was done step by step which anyone related to the engineering field could understand by all the simulation and hardware data, search and limitations were properly observed. This proposed system can perform multiple working units such as controlling, monitoring, fire protection and gas protection and can store the entire data in the cloud and show it on display. These decisions were programmed into ESP-32 which collected all the data from different sensors. This IoT based industrial machine management system will work independently with IoT connections and minimize labor and save the time and money required. This book illustrates how the IoT based industrial management system works and gives a broad idea about this projecen_US
