dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this model is to design and implement a system which automatically separates products based on their color. This machine consists of four parts: Conveyor belt, color sensor, servo motor and DC Gear motor. The output and input of these parts was interfaced using Arduino microcontroller. Here we used Arduino Nano, color detecting sensor (TCS3200), DC Gear Motor(12V), Servo Motor. The Arduino Nano’s operating voltage (logic level):5V, Input Voltage (recommended):7-12 V, Input Voltage (limits):6-20 V, it has 14 Digital I/O Pins and 8 Analog Input Pins. DC Gear motor Input Voltage 12V, Servo motor Capacity 1 kg. In our project the color detecting sensor works with two colors (red and green) | en_US |
