Li-Fi stands for Light Fidelity. Li-Fi is a new way of wireless communication that uses LED lights to transmit data wirelessly. Transmission of data is one of the most important day to day activities in the fast growing world. The current wireless networks that connect us to the Internet are very slow when multiple devices are connected. Also with the increase in the number of devices which access the Internet, the availability of fixed bandwidth makes it much more difficult to enjoy high data transfer rates and to connect a secure network. Radio waves are just a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum available for data transfer. Li-Fi has got a much broader spectrum for transmission compared to conventional methods of wireless communications that rely on radio waves. Our system focuses on unidirectional transmission, allowing for efficient one-way communication of text data from a transmitter to a receiver. Li-Fi offers an alternative to traditional Wi-Fi by using light waves for wireless communication. Li-Fi is an advanced technology that allows transmitting data using optical communication such as visible light. Li-Fi data can travel through the LED light and then interpreted on the receiver side using any light-sensitive device like photodiode. Key advantages of our proposed system include high data transmission speeds and immunity to radio frequency interference. Further research and development in this area have the potential to unlock new possibilities for high-speed wireless communication in various domains.en_US
