dc.description.abstract | The automatic sorting system has been reported to be complex and a global problem. This because of the
inability of sorting machines to incorporate flexibility in their design concept. This research therefore
designed and developed an automated shorting object of a conveyor belt. The developed automated
sorting machine is able to incorporate flexibility and separate pieces of different sized object and at the
same time move object automatically to the bucket as define buy the regulation of the Arduino with
ultrasonic sensor to detect a value rang of object. The result obtained shows that different sized objects
were sorted in to their respective and correct position with a good average time. The project detects the
objects totally different of various materials and segregate in 3 different boxes. By usage of sensors
decreases the errors in sorting and reduces the human uses. | en_US |
