dc.description.abstractThis project focuses on the design and development of a pneumatic sheet metal cutting machine capable of cutting metal sheets up to a thickness of 2 mm. Above thickness of 2.5 mm sheet cutting status is unsuccessful because of lower cutting blade hardness & sharpness. The main goal is to create an efficient, cost effective and safety alternative to conventional cutting methods such as manual shears or electrical powered cutters. Pneumatic systems offer significant advantages, such as reduce energy consumption and lower operational cost, making the machine suitable for small-scale industries and workshop where high-end CNC or hydraulic may be too expensive.en_US
