    Abstract
    A heat exchanger is a critical device used in various industries to transfer heat between two or more fluids without mixing them. It plays a pivotal role in energy conservation, efficiency improvement, and temperature regulation in processes. Heat exchangers are designed in various configurations, such as shell-and-tube, plate, and air-cooled systems, to cater to diverse applications. These systems operate based on principles of conduction and convection, ensuring optimal heat transfer by maximizing surface area contact. They are widely utilized in industries such as power generation, chemical processing, HVAC, and automotive systems. Advanced materials and innovative designs enhance their durability, thermal efficiency, and adaptability to extreme conditions. Modern heat exchanger systems also incorporate eco-friendly technologies to minimize energy consumption and environmental impact. Their versatility and efficiency make them indispensable in achieving sustainable and cost-effective thermal management solutions across a broad spectrum of applications. For our experiment, We are found counter flow heat exchanger better than parallel flow heat exchanger.
