dc.description.abstract | As a part of academic requirement and completion of Regular Master of Business Administration
program, I have been assigned to complete thesis report on “Recruitment Process in Bangladesh:
A Case Study on Universal Menswear Ltd.” under my supervisor Md. Rasel Hawlader.
As usual, primary data and secondary data were used to prepare this report. Primary data came
from my day to day observation and interviewing employees. Secondary data were collected by
Organizational employees, hand book, website, and relevant books. I tried to minimize bias and
produce and unbiased report.
“Recruitment Process” is a slice of human resource process, as such I have selected this topic to
make it clear.
As a Senior Executive (HR & Compliance) in a reputed organization “Universal Menswear Ltd.”
I have tried to go through their Recruitment Process to employee within my tenure of last six years.
The report starts with a general introduction “Universal Menswear Ltd.” and then comes the
introduction of “Universal Menswear Ltd.” as well as origin of the report, Statement of research
problem, Objective of the report. The Mission and Vision of “Universal Menswear Ltd.” are also
discussed. Then this report proceeds onto the preliminary discussion about the products of
