incorporation of AIBL on May 1995 is the true reflection of this inner urge of its people, which
started functioning with effect from June 18, 1995. It is committed to conduct all banking and
investment activities on the basis of interest-free profit-loss sharing system. In doing so, it has
unveiled a new horizon and ushered a new silver lining of hope towards materializing a long
cherished dream of the people of Bangladesh for doing their banking transactions in line with
what is prescribe by Islam. The main responsibility of Human Resource Department of Al-
Arafah Islami Bank is hiring competent people, training them, helping them perform at high
levels and mechanisms to ensure that these employees maintain their productive affiliation with
the organization. Methods are the ways through which employees are trained. Al-Arafah Islami
