Abstract

HB Food Processing is a company for the management of a wide range of manufacturing and marketing Convenience Foods and Consumer goods. The company was formed and registered in Bangladesh in 1998. This report is intended to explain the whole Aplication of advanced supply management tools and strategies to optimize purchasing capacity as well as profit of HB Food processing limited . Here we firstly tried to find the current practices of supply chain on the first part of the report. This analysis emphasizes on the major aspects of supply chain within a country which are Supply Chain Strategy, Sourcing and Procurement, Material Management, Manufacturing and Quality Control, Logistics and transportation. We have arranged them as per information could be gathered from both inside and outside of the company. After the analysis this report focuses on the findings of the analysis. A SWOT analysis is there to guide through the findings of the analysis. At the end few steps of recommendations are suggested in order to indicate a greater future for the company.
