dc.description.abstractToday, necessity of a Bank as a financial institution is undeniable. A country is financially rich when it has modern financial institution of its own. These institutions play a vital role in the field of financial stability of a country. Banking sector is one of the stable financial institutions of a country. The report is produced in consequence of my Internship Report, which I have accomplished as a necessity of my EMBA program. This report is accomplished based on my personal experience about Sonali Bank Limited. The Sonali Bank Limited is a state-owned commercial bank and is one of the prominent public banks of Bangladesh. It provides lots of services for more customer engagement at its business. In this report, we mainly know about the major services as well SME operation of Sonali Bank Ltd. In this report, the objectives, methodology and limitations of the study are discussed. Those information’s are collected for primary source and I asked the branch manager about the whole banking activities and individual prospective. The corporate profile and services are collected from bank official website. The theoretical portion is the main part of this report. In this part, there has been discussed with many statistics and performance and progress of the bank. The SWOT analysis helps to know about the overall scenario of the bank. In the final part of the report, the findings, recommendation and conclusion are added.en_US
