dc.description.abstract | The Internship Report is a great opportunity to justify the theoretical knowledge in respect to the
practical world. So, it is a proper decision for the Department of Business Administration
introduces this type of Internship Program for the students of BBA program for better
understanding and orientation with the practical job environment. The Internship Report is
prepared as requirement of BBA program of Sonargaon University (SU). In this connection I
have discussed and divided in the selected topic in five parts: In part one, I have tried to discuss
about introduction, origin, objectives, scope and limitation of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC and
its daily activities. In part two, I have mentioned the mission & vision, function, product &
service and shariah aspects of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC. In third part, I have tried to show
the concept of banking system. In fourth part, I have analyzed the method and criteria of
Effectiveness of Employees’ Training and Development Programs Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC.
And finally, I have concluded overall the analysis, findings and its remedies of Islami Bank
Bangladesh PLC. During my Internship program, I have found some shortcomings of the
Effectiveness of Employees’ Training and Development Programs Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC.
Which are shown in my Report details. I had the practical experience with Islami Bank
Bangladesh PLC for six weeks at Local Office Branch, with my little experience in the bank with
vast and complex banking system, it is very difficult for me to recommend. I have observed
some shortcomings regarding the Effectiveness of Employees’ Training and Development
Programs Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC with the remedies of the above findings. | en_US |
