Digital Transformation of Admission and Recruitment Processes for Kindergarten Institutions

Abstract

This project presents the development of a web-based Kindergarten School Management System designed to streamline the admission and recruitment processes for educational institutions. The system enables parents to conveniently apply online for their children's admission, reducing the need for physical paperwork and in-person visits. Additionally, it offers a dedicated portal for qualified teachers to apply for teaching positions by submitting their credentials digitally. Built using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vanilla JS), the platform enhances accessibility, efficiency, and communication between the school administration and applicants. The system also features basic data validation, confirmation messages, and organized record-keeping to ensure smooth and secure data handling. This project not only addresses the needs of school administrators but also provides a simple and intuitive interface for end-users. It demonstrates how small institutions can adopt digital solutions to improve their operational workflows and provide better service to their communities
