    Abstract
    This report, “Accounting Practices in Amazan Textile,” provides an in-depth analysis of the accounting strategies and financial practices implemented by Amazan Textile within the competitive textile industry of Bangladesh. The primary objective of this study is to examine how the company’s accounting processes align with industry best practices and contribute to operational efficiency and financial stability. The study gathers data through interviews with accounting professionals, a review of financial documents, and an analysis of relevant accounting frameworks. It explores key aspects of financial reporting, cost management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within the organization. The findings highlight the company’s approach to maintaining accurate financial records, managing expenses, and ensuring transparency in financial transactions. Additionally, this report identifies challenges such as adapting to changing accounting regulations, improving digital integration, and maintaining accuracy in financial reporting. Overall, the study concludes that Amazan Textile’s accounting practices play a crucial role in sustaining its financial health and regulatory compliance. However, recommendations include enhancing automation in financial reporting, adopting advanced accounting software, and strengthening internal audit mechanisms to further improve efficiency and accuracy. This report serves as a valuable resource for organizations looking to refine their accounting practices and align them with modern financial management strategies.
