themselves and earned the trust of general people of Bangladesh. Sonali Bank PLC is
called Sonali Bank PLC in Bengali which means the peoples bank. Sonali Bank PLC
has always focused on the financial need of its customers and offered highly
specialize banking service.
Sonali Bank PLC has always tried to reach the customers’ door by increasing its
number of branches, ATM booth, Mobile and Online banking systems. SBPLC tries
to enlarge its marketing activities by dynamic banking services to fulfill the needs of
customer. In this report there are four parts to elaborate the SME Banking Activities
of Sonali Bank PLC.
This internship report is aimed at providing a comprehensive picture to the areas of
SME Banking Activities of Sonali Bank PLC. The report has been divided into four
parts. These are: Introduction, Overview of the organization, Data Collection and
Analysis, Findings, Recommendations & Conclusion. The report has been made with
the help of SBPLC officials and some third party sources that are being appropriately
cited.
At first, the report includes introduction part which covers the Origin, Objective,
Methodology, Scope and Limitations of this report. The main objective of the report
is to know about the SME Activities of Sonali Bank PLC as well as to fulfill the
partial requirement of BBA program under Sonargaon University, Bangladesh. This
report is based on both primary and secondary information like observing the services
of SBPLC, face to face conversation with the clients, annual reports, general reports,
official documents etc. The areas which this report covers (scope) and finally, the
limitations of this report is been covered here.
