The report examines how Lime Light Fashion Limited. designs and implements training programs to meet the dynamic demands of the apparel industry. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Lime Light Fashion Limited. offers diverse training modules, including orientation programs, technical skills training, soft skills development, workplace safety, and leadership development. These efforts support both individual employee growth and the company’s broader operational goals. Key findings indicate that the company invests consistently in employee development, conducts regular training assessments, and aligns its training programs with long-term strategic objectives. However, areas for improvement include adopting digital learning platforms, strengthening training evaluation methods, and providing more frequent refresher courses to stay ahead of evolving industry trends.en_US
