dc.description.abstractThis thesis explores the recruitment and selection process of Tradevision Ltd., a medical equipment sales and service company based in Bangladesh. The study aims to evaluate how effectively the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires talent to meet its operational and strategic needs. By using a case study approach, the research delves into Tradevision's current human resource practices, focusing on methods used for job advertisement, candidate screening, interviewing, and final selection. The findings highlight the strengths and challenges of Tradevision's recruitment system, including the alignment of hiring practices with organizational goals, efficiency of selection methods, and the overall impact on employee performance and retention. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance the recruitment process and foster a more competitive and capable workforce.en_US
