This study examines the distribution challenges and future prospects of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Bangladesh, focusing on Jamuna Gas as a case study. As the nation shifts from traditional fuels toward cleaner energy, LPG has emerged as a vital alternative, especially in rural and semi-urban areas lacking natural gas pipelines. Despite growing demand, the LPG distribution process faces several hurdles, including logistical inefficiencies, inadequate infrastructure, and regulatory limitations. This research outlines the strategic role of Jamuna Gas in promoting energy accessibility and investigates key issues across the supply chain. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study integrates quantitative data from structured surveys and qualitative insights from interviews and document analysis. Analytical tools such as mean score analysis, cross-tabulation, chi-square tests, and thematic content analysis were used to ensure robust evaluation. Findings indicate that while Jamuna Gas has an extensive distribution network, it is hindered by transportation delays, manual operations, and inconsistent safety enforcement. However, significant growth potential exists, driven by rising rural demand and supportive government policies. The study concludes with strategic recommendations to enhance distribution efficiency, adopt digital solutions, and strengthen public-private collaboration, offering valuable insights for industry leaders and policymakers aiming to build a sustainable LPG ecosystem in Bangladesh.en_US
