This study explores “The Impact of Technology on Supply Chain Management in Bangladesh” analyzing the benefits, challenges, and future trends. The findings suggest that as businesses continue to embrace digital transformation, supply chains will become more resilient, competitive, and responsive to market demands. Strategic investments in technology and policy support will be crucial in unlocking the full potential of these advancements for sustainable growth. Technology has become a game-changer in inventory and supply chain management, driving efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction. In Bangladesh, businesses are increasingly adopting digital solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain to streamline operations. These technologies enhance real-time inventory tracking, improve logistics, and optimize demand forecasting. The rapid expansion of e-commerce and automation in warehousing and transportation has further revolutionized supply chains, enabling faster deliveries and minimizing stock-related inefficiencies. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, lack of technical expertise, and infrastructural limitations still hinder widespread adoptionen_US
