This study investigates the recruitment and selection process of PRAN-RFL Group, one of the leading industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness, fairness, and strategic alignment of the current recruitment practices with the organization’s overall goals. Using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the research gathers data from HR and non-HR personnel through structured questionnaires and Likert scale evaluations. Key factors examined include process duration, bias elimination, cost-efficiency, clarity, and candidate suitability. The findings reveal that while the recruitment process is generally seen as goal-oriented and cost-effective, there are notable concerns regarding clarity, applicant hassle, and manpower sufficiency within the recruitment division. The study concludes with recommendations to streamline the process, adopt modern recruitment technologies, and enhance departmental capacity to attract and select top talent more efficiently.en_US
