Green Supply Chain Management covers all supply chain activities, which are
performed directly or indirectly in fulfilling customer request. Supply chain entails six

management that covers the function of marketing, pricing, sales, call center and
order management; internal Green Supply Chain Management that covers the function
of strategic planning, demand& supply planning and fulfillment of actual orders; and

materials, negotiating, buying and design & supply collaboration with suppliers.
