    Abstract
Green Supply Chain Management covers all supply chain activities, which are performed directly or indirectly in fulfilling customer request. Supply chain entails six drivers such as facilities, inventory, transportation, information, sourcing and pricing which influence all the decision and activities performed in supply chain process. Supply chain process encompasses three major areas such as customer relationship management that covers the function of marketing, pricing, sales, call center and order management; internal Green Supply Chain Management that covers the function of strategic planning, demand& supply planning and fulfillment of actual orders; and supplier relationship management that covers the function of selecting supplier of raw materials, negotiating, buying and design & supply collaboration with suppliers. Proper planning, cooperation and collaboration among the concerned parties are key for meeting supply chain goal. RMG sector is one of the biggest and most GDP earning sectors in Bangladesh. My report contains a brief study on Textile Apparel Company and SCM process of the industry in Bangladesh based on this company. For completing this report I went through the extended enterprise which includes key suppliers, manufacturers, and end customers of a specific company as well as industry. I tried to analyze the real situation for preparing the report.
