Renewable energy is crucial for sustainable development and addressing global challenges such as climate change, energy security, and environmental degradation. Solar energy is one of the important source of renewable energy and plays significant roles to produce electricity. This study focuses on the construction and performance evaluation of a solar panel system for generating a specific amount of electricity. In addition, we have demonstrate the calculation of the full solar panel system during the construction process. Solar irradiance depends on location of the Earth. The research was conducted in Bangladesh, leveraging the PV syst simulation software to determine the optimal tilt angle and azimuth angle for maximizing yearly energy generation. We evaluate the system's efficiency under real-world conditions. Through advanced materials and technology, solar energy systems will become more capable of sustainably meeting energy demands. We conducted tests on our solar panel over three consecutive sunny days and typically achieved around 75% efficiency. Thus, we believe that in our location, a solar panel with 25% higher capacity than the user’s requirement should be installed for fixed tilt and azimuth configurations. Otherwise, the system will not function properly.en_US
