The Product Size-Based Automatic Product Sorting System is an innovative solution designed to efficiently sort products of varying sizes using a conveyor belt system. The system employs sensors and advanced algorithms to detect and classify products based on their dimensions in real-time. As the products move along the conveyor belt, the sensors measure their size, and the system processes this data to determine the appropriate sorting path. The sorting mechanism uses a combination of servo motors to direct the products into designated bins or sections based on their size. Key advantages of the system include high accuracy, increased speed, and reduced manual labor. It is capable of handling a wide range of product types, including those with irregular shapes, ensuring that items are placed in the correct bins. The system is controlled by a microcontroller that manages sensor readings, processing algorithms, and sorting mechanisms. By automating the sorting process, the system significantly enhances production line efficiency and accuracy, particularly in industries such as packaging, logistics, and manufacturing. This solution reduces human error, improves operational productivity, and supports scalable and adaptable sorting operations in diverse industrial environments.en_US
