Coconut is extensively used in the food business, including both large-scale commercial processing plants and home kitchens. The process of harvesting coconuts is somewhat time-consuming, and the hand execution requires substantial physical effort, making it an inefficient method. An automated coconut scraping machine has been designed to address this difficulty as part of the project. To assess its efficacy, 3 coconuts were thoroughly scraped, and the necessary duration for each was precisely measured. The average time required to scrape a single coconut was found as 15 minutes. The electrical energy utilized in the coconut scraping process was accurately measured, indicating an average usage of 0.15 kWh per coconut. The operating expenditure for scraping one coconut, based on an electricity pricing of 7 taka per kWh, was determined to be a cost effective 1 taka and 5 paisa. The machine efficiently produces finely grated coconut with the requisite consistency for various culinary uses, obviating the necessity for manual effort. This device possesses considerable potential for domestic integration, offering a decrease in human labor. The low power usage guarantees economical running expenses for a diverse array of customers.en_US
