This project presents the design and development of a conveyor belt system integrated with color sorting and metal/non-metal detection capabilities, powered by a pneumatic system. The conveyor belt facilitates the movement of materials through a series of sensors—an color sensor and ESP32 cam for color differentiation and an inductive proximity sensor for metal detection. Upon identification, the pneumatic actuators are triggered to sort objects into designated bins based on their properties. The system ensures precise and efficient sorting, reducing manual labor and minimizing errors. Its application is particularly useful in manufacturing, recycling, and material handling industries, where speed and accuracy are critical. The integration of pneumatic mechanisms enhances system reliability and cost effectiveness, providing a sustainable solution for automated sorting processes. The project emphasizes optimization of throughput, energy efficiency, and scalability, making it a viable choice for modern industrial automation.en_US
