    Abstract
    The Fundamental Rights are defined as basic human freedoms which every Bangladeshis citizen has the right to enjoy for a proper and harmonious development of personality. These rights universally apply to all citizens, irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste, creed, colour or sex. But all the Fundamental Rights are enforceable by courts, subject to certain restrictions. Now I define an attempt has been made in this thesis to make the restriction over fundamental rights of Bangladesh constitution and comparison on Fundamental Rights between Bangladesh and India constitution in the light of different justice interpretations given by the judiciary
