independent in 1971, but still the condition of the enforcement of fundamental rights is not so
satisfactory. Fundamental rights are inserted in the constitution of Bangladesh by the framers
of constitution and these rights can ensure a better way of life for the Bangladeshi people.
There are lots of incidences seen in different newspapers that bear testimony to the violation of
fundamental rights. Enforcement mechanism is available to the citizens of Bangladesh but
fundamental rights cannot be enforced till now properly. Actually there is ignorance among the
people of Bangladesh and for that reason fundamental rights cannot be enforced for every
citizens in Bangladesh. The court structure and the condition of access to justice is not friendly
