dc.description.abstractFundamental rights are enshrined in the constitution of Bangladesh but is Bangladesh has been independent in 1971, but still the condition of the enforcement of fundamental rights is not so satisfactory. Fundamental rights are inserted in the constitution of Bangladesh by the framers of constitution and these rights can ensure a better way of life for the Bangladeshi people. There are lots of incidences seen in different newspapers that bear testimony to the violation of fundamental rights. Enforcement mechanism is available to the citizens of Bangladesh but fundamental rights cannot be enforced till now properly. Actually there is ignorance among the people of Bangladesh and for that reason fundamental rights cannot be enforced for every citizens in Bangladesh. The court structure and the condition of access to justice is not friendly to ordinary citizens. For the reason, enforcement of fundamental rights in Bangladesh is not so easy task, till now. But if the situation cannot be improved immediately then other rights of citizens will be inaccessible to them.en_US
