    Human Rights under the Constitution of Bangladesh: A comparative analysis of the UK, USA, India and Bangladesh Constitution.

    Abstract
    Today humanity is threatened by wars, armed conflicts, confrontations and power struggles which lead to problems of varied dimensions-social-legal, economic, political and humanitarian. This paper is an attempt to explore human rights which is incorporated in our constitution on the basis of international human rights law. In spite of ratification of many international human rights instruments, every year many peoples are deprived to exercise human rights because of political unrest. The Human Rights of Bangladesh Constitution themselves have no fixed content, most of them are empty vessels into which is generation must pour its content in the light of experience. The study intends to examine violation of human rights in the light of present situation. Furthermore, this paper attempts to examine the general criticisms of the enforcement of human rights and desirability of judicial activism in the fulfillment of such right and also been made to explain the topic with the help of illustration, problems and leading cases. This paper focuses on the different kinds of Human Rights laws adopted in the countries United Kingdom, United States of America, India and Bangladesh. The comparative discussions of the Human Rights law in these countries have been discussed for the proper understanding of the people. This paper will also focus on the provision and jurisdictions of human rights instruments in the above-mentioned countries. The main issues relating to the protection of human rights, including the role of the courts, the constitutional status of human rights provisions, and the ways in which way rights are protected will be discussed. Though implementation of Human Rights mechanisms is varied in nature but within the framework of the national constitution the basic human rights are protected and promoted. Thus, this project is the comparative study of the Human Rights and Constitutional Laws are provided in the framework of the national constitution among the countries United Kingdom, United States of America, India and Bangladesh. The comparative study will thoroughly show the similarities and dissimilarities in the exercise of human rights and constitutional laws of the nations.
