Abstract
Ananta Group is one of the leading RMG manufacture in Bangladesh. Today it symbolizes a
name– a state of mind. From the inception in 1992. Ananta Group today is more than just an
organization, it is an institute. Ananta was established in 1992 in Dhaka as an export
oriented Ready-Made Garment manufacturer by Humayun Zahir. In a career spanning across
four and half decades it has pioneered the development of the local business in fields as
diverse as Real State and Ecommerce. With an average Annual turnover of over US$ 200
million and a workforce of about 18000 the Ananta Group is a true icon of the Bangladesh
business sector. In this report I gave more focus on Ananta Group of companies. I have
discussed the history and growth stage of Ananta Group of Companies. Its Address Plot#
246-249, AEPZ, Siddirgonj, Narayangonj-1431. The manufactures 100% Cotton Ring Span
Yarn or Hosiery, 100% Cotton OE Rotor for Hosiery and Knit Fabrics for 100% export
oriented readymade Garments Industry. I recently have done my thesis paper in Ananta
Group, in which I got training from each of its department. The thesis paper basically revolved
around the product knowledge training. The system, the style of working & the commitment
of the employees in Ananta Group is exemplary. I have all my practical efforts in the form of
this manuscript that’s the asset for my future career. Then I have done a detailed with
theoretical framework, company overview, HRM practices, SWOT analysis & Findings.
