    Abstract
    The Novel Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) first in Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019 and its spread so fast. The world health organization (WHO) has declared on 11 March 2020 outbreak a Pandemic. This made most of countries give lockdown. Most of local and international border are being closed flight are suspended restricted the movement of peoples, transportation, goods and services. Covid-19 pandemic has huge impact on every aspect of society including our regular life style, our jobs, government daily works, study, health sector and our business activity. the business atmosphere was adversely affected as markets and business premises ware under lockdown and people unable to purchase their desired goods from their normal outlets which led to the increase e-commerce same time organization like school start to adopting online schooling, corporate office using home office through internet. This paper therefore explores how Covid-19 impacts on e-commerce. During the study I found massive supply chain difficulties are facing major b2b e-commerce companies. On other hand Covid-19 has the revolution of information and communication technology. I found a very positive trend to e-commerce and f-commerce in developing countries. Nowadays, the traditional business replaced by e-commerce or f-commerce. It was found out that the upsurge in e-commerce transactions also brought about increased e-commerce security threats such as financial threats, scam, spam, malware, and fake or unauthorized e commerce sites. Among the recommendations made is that the government should build an enabling e-commerce environment which requires changes in public policy and business practices to improve the digital and trading infrastructure, facilitate digital payments and establish appropriate legal and regulatory framework for online transactions and security.
