Employee Turnover Rate of Bangladesh Readymade Garments Industry: A case study on Global Company Limited
Abstract
As a part of academic requirement and completion of MBA program, I have been assigned to
complete thesis report on “Employee Turnover Rate of Readymade Garments Industry In
Bangladesh, A case study on Global Company Ltd” under the guidance of Mr. Ashik Das.
I have divided this report into some sub segments. As a part of my thesis study in a reputed
garments company like “Global Company Limited” I have tried my best to go HR-Employee
Turnover area in maximum deepest level. Turnover scenario in HR aspects within short tenure
of 04 months completion is difficult. But we make it easy by segmenting information type by
several data analysis. The report starts with a general introduction “Global Company
Limited” As well as its purpose, scope, and limitation.
The core management practice of all RMG industry is similar in macro aspect, micro label
practices may differ from each other’s. “Global Company Limited” is a multinational
company, so for that it’s not only maintain Bangladesh rules-regulations-policies; It’s also
maintaining other’s countries better practices, as a part of multinational country. That’s why I
can undoubtedly say, the outcome of this report is covering Bangladesh RMG industry as well
as Global RMG industry.
