Abstract

Jamuna Bank Ltd. was incorporated as a public Limited company on the 3rd June 2001.under Company Act 1994. This is a 3rd generation bank. The Bank carries banking activities through its 97 branches in the country. The commercial banking activities of the bank encompasses a wide range of services including mobilizing deposits, providing investment facilities, discounting bills, conducting money transfer and foreign exchange transactions, and performing other related services such as safe keeping, collections and issuing guarantees, acceptances and letter of credit. Here I discussed about the Financial Performance Analysis of Jamuna Bank Limited along with 2 branch financial performance comparison. To discuss this, I have also given information about the vision, mission, goal, objectives, core values and all related information of Jamuna Bank Limited. By doing this report I am able to gain a vast knowledge hoe to calculate all financial ratios and evaluate the performance of a financial institution.
