Role of Internal Audit Department at Dekko Isho Group

Abstract

Internal audit, now a days, plays a vital role for today’s corporate world. For continuous improvement of a company internal audit department is very important. Dekko Isho Group is one of the leading group of companies encompasses about 15 large companies. To control the all concerns and for better internal control, Internal Audit Department is made decentralized. This report, “Role of Internal Audit Department at Dekko Isho Group”, is mainly focuses on the role of this department. This report is divided into six parts. First chapter contains introduction of the report, objectives, methodology and limitations of the study and scope of the study. Second chapter contains related work which includes the short review and theoretical discussion of this report. Third chapter contains, company profile. Forth chapter contains, my Thesis position and duties. Fifth and the most important chapter contains, the role of the department, SWOT analysis and findings. Sixth and the last chapter contains recommendation and conclusion of the report. Dekko Isho Group is growing continuously for its unique strategy and plan and Internal Audit Department is facilitate the growth one step further.
