dc.description.abstractThis report is based on my experience in the Medical Industry of Bangladesh. This research helped me understand the challenges in Human Resource Management and how to effectively manage recruitment and selection in the Medical Industry of Bangladesh. The findings and analysis encompass both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through face-to-face conversations with after-sales service officials, service correspondents, and relevant service sources. Secondary data were gathered from various medical clinic and hospital publications, including newsletters, service guidelines, reports, handbooks, websites, and yearly reports. The report also provides an overview of the mission, vision, corporate philosophy, awards, achievements, and corporate milestones of Human Resource Management. The Medical industry in Bangladesh has experienced significant growth in recent years due to factors such as increasing disposable income, improved road infrastructure, and changing consumer preferences. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of Human Resource management by the medical industry in Bangladesh, with a focus on Ashiyan Medical College Hospital. The study utilizes a case study approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Ashiyan Medical College Hospital has introduced a wide range of healthcare and medical products with features and specifications tailored to different patient. I have divided this report into some sub segments. As a part of my thesis study in a reputed health/medical company like “Ashiyan Medical College Hospital” I have tried my best to go HR- Employee recruitment and selection area in maximum deepest level. Turnover scenario in HR aspects within short tenure of 04 months completion is difficult. But we make it easy by segmenting information type by several data analysis. The report starts with a general introduction “Ashiyan Medical College” As well as its purpose, scope, and limitation. Overall, this thesis contributes to the understanding of the role of performance management in driving employee engagement and offers practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention in today's competitive business environment.en_US
