Exploring Cyber Crime in Bangladesh: Realities and Challenges.

Abstract

In today’s modern world cybercrime is a known offence. Its impact more in the first world countries. Because they are very developed in information technology. Bangladesh is a developing country of third world, but the use of information technology is in wide range. Bangladesh is also risky country for cybercrime. The Thesis aims to show the effect of cyber-crime in Bangladesh. In my thesis I have intended to highlight definition of cyber-crime, background of cyber-crime, types of cyber-crime, its nature, sources of cyber laws, status of cyber laws: global perspective, the effect of cyber-crime international perspective, the effect of cyber-crime in Bangladesh, compare the cyber related laws in Bangladesh and Developed countries and put some recommendations to reduce the cyber-crime from our country. I tried my best to accomplish the thesis on the effect of cyber-crime in Bangladesh.
