Recruitment is the process of finding qualified people and encouraging them to apply for work with the firm. Recruiting is the process of discovering potential candidates for actual or anticipated organizational vacancies. The selection process refers to the steps involved in choosing people who have the right qualifications to fill a current or future job opening. Usually, managers and supervisors will be ultimately responsible for the hiring of individuals, but the role of human resource management (HRM) is to define and guide managers in this process. Once a pool of candidates has been completed, the next stage to select the person for the job to achieve the organizational goal. The organization gives importance to solution process as the result of process. The better performance of employees shows the better performance of organization, which can achieve its goodwill and vice versa. Further effective screening leads towards cost minimization.en_US
