    Abstract
    This report is based on “Natural Medicine Sourcing in Supply Chain Management: A Case Study on ‘The IBN SINA Natural Medicine Limited”. In today's dynamic business. This executive summary provides an overview of the critical functions and benefits of implementing a comprehensive system within an organization. “The IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry PLC” is a highly regarded and established pharmaceutical Industry known for its commitment to ‘Quality we assure’ excellence in Health services. “The IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry PLC” one of the oldest Pharmaceutical Industry in Bangladesh around 40 years of professional experience and Pharmaceutical Industry ranking as one of the top Twenty Pharmaceutical at their last ranking done in December 2024 and it have grown from people health side to offer wide spectrum professional health services and have been able to establish a high level of goodwill among with their peers, top business community and above all, their clients. The IBN SINA Natural Medicine plant is equipped with the latest technological support in 2008 with a view to facilitate the best natural therapeutic service to the people. Within a very short time our natural medicine has achieved a goodwill and credibility of medical professionals and consumers for its efficacy and quality. Effective material sourcing is the main part of a supply chain management successful. The Natural medicine sourcing and Procurement is designed to Supply chain processes, ensure smooth delivery goods and enhance overall smooth production. This report provides an in-depth analysis of the natural medicine sourcing strategies and supply chain management practices within The IBN SINA Natural Medicine Ltd. The case study focuses on understanding how the company sources natural medicines, manages its supply chain, and addresses challenges related to sourcing and distribution.
