Here are some suggestions to improve few parts that are need to be improved according to my academic and conceptual knowledge There is dissatisfaction regarding the opportunity of advancement and promotion policy of the company. A few percent of them are satisfied with this policy and practice where few percent of them are not satisfied with it. According to international standards Intercontinental Hotel Group. should maintain their production quality. Job satisfaction refers to employees’ overall feelings about their jobs; it is the state of well-being and happiness of a person concerning performance in the workspace and its environment. Job satisfaction is combination of psychological, physiological and environmental conditions that causes a person to say “I’m satisfied with my job”. Such a description pointed out the variety of variables that influence the satisfaction of an individual but tell us nothing about the nature of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has been most defined by Peptone (1973) as a job, management, personal adjustment & social requirement.en_US
