    Abstract
Constitution is the main requirement or orientation in Bangladesh. The Constitution is the supreme law in Bangladesh. The Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has supremacy over comprehensive law in Bangladesh. It was passed by the Bangladesh Parliament on 4 November 1972 and has been in effect since December 16, 1972. One of the important constitutional laws of Bangladesh is that its basic structure cannot be changed by the National Assembly. change, even if a referendum cannot be passed. The main advantage of such a doctrine would be to protect the Constitution, the solemn expression of the will of the people, from unwanted encroachment by legislatures that exercise the pluralistic use of force. numbers arbitrarily and erratically. However, although the Bangladesh Constitution is an elaborate written constitution and also one of the greatest in the world, it does not have any specific provisions regarding its basic structure. or say anything about the immutability of the underlying structure. It was only established in 1989 in the famous landmark case of Anwar Hossain against Bangladesh, commonly known as the 8th Amendment case. The Constitution is the most eloquent evidence to affirm Bangladesh as a united republic, independent and based on national liberation struggle, and this is how we came to the People's Republic of Bangladesh. It lays a firm foundation for nationalism, secularism, democracy and socialism as the basic morality representing the Republic and claims to seek a society that gives its citizens the rule of law, the fundamental principles of civil rights and independence as well as fairness and impartiality. political, economic and social.
