Financial Performance Analysis of RCI Luton Limited

Abstract

This report analyzes the financial performance of RCI Luton Limited (RCI), a UK-based BPO company established in 2012. RCI’s head office is at 9-15 Adelaide Street, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 5BJ, UK, with a branch in Banesree, Block H, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Specializing in financial statement preparation, tax services, and advisory, RCI serves a wide range of clients, including startups, SMEs, and large corporations across various industries. The primary aim of this report is to offer an in-depth overview of financial performance analysis, with a particular focus on RCI’s financial performance over the current and previous year. The analysis is based on a combination of primary and secondary data sources. The report is structured as follows: Chapter One introduces the report, while Chapter Two provides an overview of RCI Luton Ltd, where I currently work as an accounts executive. Chapter Three covers general definitions, purposes, and processes of financial performance analysis, followed by Chapter Four, which delves into RCI's specific financial performance. Chapter Five presents the findings, highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of RCI’s financial performance. Chapter Six offers recommendations based on the analysis, and Chapter Seven concludes the report. To understand the measurement process, data was gathered through interviews with colleagues, analysis of annual reports, the company website, personal experience at RCI, and relevant literature from books and online sources. This diverse approach ensures an accurate assessment of RCI’s financial performance.
