Digital Marketing Practices and Strategies: A Case Study at Workfezz
Abstract
This internship report explores my experience and learnings as the founder of
Workfezz during my internship, focusing on digital marketing practices and
strategies. The objective of this internship was to enhance the company’s digital
presence, implement data-driven marketing strategies, and analyze their impact on
business growth.
As the founder, I was directly involved in crafting and executing comprehensive
digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, search engine
optimization (SEO), and paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
Ads. I also led efforts to optimize tracking and analytics using tools like Google Tag
Manager and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate performance insights. Additionally, I
worked on customer segmentation, content creation, and email marketing strategies
to improve engagement and retention.
This report outlines the digital marketing practices employed at Workfezz, my
contributions to these initiatives, and the challenges encountered during the process.
It also includes solutions I implemented to address these challenges, such as
refining ad targeting strategies and enhancing data tracking systems.
Through this internship, I gained practical insights into the operational aspects of
digital marketing and how to leverage various tools and techniques to achieve
measurable business outcomes. This experience not only contributed to the growth
