A Real Estate Management System for Property Buying and Selling.

Abstract

Despite the presence of numerous platforms in the market, the lack of a truly comprehensive real estate solution remains evident, especially in areas like accurate price estimation and effective communication between buyers and sellers. To address these gaps, we developed a real estate management system equipped with a dynamic price prediction feature that helps buyers gain deeper insights into property values, enabling them to make more informed investment decisions. In addition, our platform emphasizes user experience through a highly intuitive interface and an integrated In-App Messaging Solution. This feature facilitates seamless and direct communication between parties, effectively bridging the existing communication gaps that often lead to misunderstandings and mistrust in property transactions. By offering a transparent and user-friendly environment, our platform enhances trust, clarity, and efficiency in the real estate buying and selling process. In essence, this project aims to deliver a complete web-based real estate application that empowers users with tools for better decision-making and improved interaction.
