As I previously stated, this thesis paper is one of the requirements for partial graduation. It is quite frequent and somewhat trouble-free to produce an internship report on "Human Resource Management practices in Bangladesh: A case study on Surjer Hashi Network," but this report is based on actual field activities. Practices in human resource management are one of the most often discussed subjects in enterprises these days. It is the procedure by which a company ensures that the appropriate amount of people will be hired for the appropriate role at the appropriate time. Human resource management techniques prepare ahead for all people management tasks, including determining the kind and quantity of workers that will be needed as well as the course of action. The process of determining how many employees, both in terms of quantity and quality, are needed by a business is known as human resource planning. Human resource planning is the first step in all human resource management tasks. Thus, the main function of human resource management can be defined as human resource planning and practices. Although there is always a plentiful supply of labor, skilled and nimble workers are not always in high demand. Because of this, organizations now place a high value on human resource planning.en_US
