The aim of this exploration is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how the company manages its workforce, ensuring efficient utilization of human capital and fostering a conducive work environment. The study commences with an overview of Best Electronics Ltd., highlighting its industry presence, size, and organizational structure. It then transitions into an in-depth analysis of the HRM policies implemented by the company. These policies encompass recruitment and selection strategies, employee training and development initiatives, performance appraisal systems, and compensation and benefits frameworks. Throughout the report, the emphasis is on the evaluation of HRM practices against industry standards and best practices.
