    Abstract
    The Internship report is prepared as requirement of BBA program of Sonargaon University. This report is on "Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting Practices: Insights from Shameem Khaled Salahuddin & Co." This internship report explores into the comprehensive exploration of financial statement analysis, reporting practices, auditing procedures, and ratio analysis as observed during the internship at Shameem Khaled Salahuddin & Co. Throughout the internship, a detailed examination of the company's financial statements was conducted, providing valuable insights into their financial health, performance, and operational efficiency. The report sheds light on the significance of accurate and transparent financial reporting in aiding stakeholders' decision-making processes. A thorough understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) was gained, underscoring the importance of adhering to these standards to ensure consistency and comparability of financial information. The auditing practices observed during the internship revealed the meticulous procedures and methodologies employed by Shameem Khaled Salahuddin & Co. The report emphasizes the essential role of auditors in independently verifying the accuracy and fairness of financial statements, enhancing the credibility of the information presented to stakeholders.
