Exim Bank Bangladesh Limited operates as a commercial bank grounded in Islamic Shariah principles, offering financial products in alignment with these principles. The primary aim of this report is to delve into a comprehensive examination of the investment policy and procedural framework of Exim Bank. The internship serves as a bridge connecting the theoretical insights gained during the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with practical real-world experience. It aims to translate theoretical understanding into practical application. This report is a product of a three month internship undertaken at the Export-Import Bank of Bangladesh, reflecting the hands on experience acquired during this period. Chapter One serves as the introduction to my internship project report. Here, I outline the rationale behind choosing this specific project and articulate the anticipated outcomes of my study. I delve into the significance of my research, highlighting its relevance. Additionally, I detail the sources from which I gathered data for my study in this section. In Chapter One, I describe about my internship project because it is the introductory part of my report. In this part, I explain the reason why I have undertaken the project and what results I would expect from my study. I discuss about the importance of my study and from which sources I collected the data. Chapter Two of my report focuses on Exim Bank, encompassing its historical context and business nature. This section elaborates on the organizational aspects, including the bank's mission, vision, regulations, and strategies, providing readers with a comprehensive overview. Chapter Three is dedicated to providing an in-depth understanding of the Investment policy and procedure.
