    Abstract
    Human Resource Management is very important for the success of any organization, because an organization depends on its Human Resource Department. It is the heart of any organization. So in this competitive business world, the Human Resource Department of any organization has to be well structured & strong formulated. Recruitment policy is one of the vital points of an organization. I am choosing this part of human Resource Management because organization need human but right people in right place and right time is depends on a HR Manager. And for that every HR Manager need to know the policy of recruitment but it is true that every companies recruitment policy is not same. Normally there is some similarity in all organizations policy of Recruitment. Recruitment policy helps a manager in this area: It helps a Manager for Yearly recruitment Budget. It helps a HR Manager for proper Market position & Strategic planning. It helps a HR manager for Training Calendar and Training Budget. It also helps a HR Manager to achieve Company’s goals and objects. Recruit efficient manpower in HRD to reduce the work pressure. JMI GROUP should have proper HR plan. It is highly recommended that the interviewer experienced should be high for sitting interview board. Recruitment and selection process is found very lengthy and time consuming. This should be revised and their policy and decision should be little short. Every recruitment and selection process should be according to job analysis. They have a policy training before final selection this training system should be more standard for find the best people for the organization.
